Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days (excluding customized products*).

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, you will be refunded all payments made to InFiNiTy, excluding shipping costs for the purchase and return, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. If the goods covered by the contract have already been delivered to you, the refund of the sums paid may be suspended until InFiNiTy receives the goods or until you provide proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier. To this end, please return the goods to InFiNiTy by CERAMIX sas – Via Santa Caterina da Siena 24 – 22066 Mariano Comense (CO) without undue delay, and in any case within 14 days of your notification of withdrawal, complete with all parts, goods, and accessories, in their original packaging. We may withhold reimbursement beyond 14 days only until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods or until we have received them, whichever is the earliest.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you acquires physical possession of the goods, or, in the case of multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, from the day on which you or a third party acquires physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform InFiNiTy by CERAMIX SAS - via S. Caterina da Siena 24 - 22066 Mariano Comense (CO), within the aforementioned deadline, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending an explicit declaration by email to infinitybyceramix@gmail.com.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

These refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such refund.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.

*Exclusions to withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases provided for by Article 59 of the Consumer Code:

1) the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized;

2) the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and were opened after delivery, such as underwear, socks, lingerie, or other items for which hygiene is a concern.
