HOW DOES IT PRINT
Brother GTX
Our printer is a DTG printer, meaning it prints digitally directly onto T-shirts using inkjet technology.
It works similarly to sheet-fed printers, except that they are larger and print on T-shirts, but generally on clothing and accessories.
Unlike screen printing, there's no minimum print quantity requirement and no setup costs.
Digital printing produces brighter and more detailed images, making your custom graphics look their best!
The inks are water-based, high-quality, washable pigments, with a 4.0 AATCC rating.
And they're also environmentally friendly!
THE PRINTING PROCESS
Here's how the printing process for our t-shirts works!
First, we press the t-shirt to ensure there are no creases that could ruin the print. Then we upload the file to the printer and print.
Finally, we press the t-shirt again to ensure the ink sticks to the shirt.
And now, our t-shirt is ready to wear!
